  Mr. Bharat Anand,the director of the company.Being specialized in marketing & finance he has nurtured JVM from a plant into a tree which has now a known name in real estate.
  He is a well known name in business & financial circles. Not only in the corporate sector,Mr. Bharat Anand has also shown his dynamism in social sector by giving donations to various charitable organizations .Mr. Anand & his family is deeply religious and follower of humanity and brotherhood. He has also received so many awards for his philanthropist act.
• MR. S.P.SINGH – CFO (CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER)
  Being an ICWA & CA with National & International experience of 14 years in IT, export, textile & real estate. Mr. Singh is handling various financial matters of the company. Being an experienced person in HR and Organization development, Mr. Singh has been looking after coordination amongst all departments. Along with the organizational co-ordination, he has been heading the auditing activities, finance & accounts as well.
• MR. RAJIV PANCHAL – GM (PROJECTS)
  He is a graduate civil engineer with 18 years of experience in building & construction and is involved in various commercial, industrial, IT & residential Projects. In JVM he has been looking after entire project planning & finishing activities.
• MR. NAVIN VERMA – PROJECT MANAGER (PROJECT MANAGEMENT)
  Being a graduate in science, Mr. Verma has 30 years of experience in construction line. Being an expert of multi tasking, he has served with renowned real estate group like Ansal, Sobtis, Ahujas. He also has 1 year international experience in real estate marketing (Working with Golden Alliance, Dubai).
• MR. SHOBHIT CHAUDHARY – MANAGER ACCOUNTS
  Being a commerce graduate,Mr. Shobhit has a good command on handling the cash for the company. He has 8 years of experience in managing accounts for various industries.In JVM he has been looking after business development activities as well.
• MR. MANISH CHHABRA – MANAGER (MARKETING)
  Mr.Manish,has a good experience in marketing and dealing with customers. He handles PR as well as looking after construction monitoring activities.
• MS. RISHU JAIN – ASSISTANT MANAGER (MARKETING)
  Being an MBA from a reputed Institute, Ms. Jain is taking care of all in house marketing activities.She is responsible for handling the queries of customers, coordinating sales & developing marketing strategies for the company.
• MR. NARENDER MANN –CHIEF ADVISOR –LEGAL
